Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Keepsly app or any Keepsly event gallery (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Keepsly galleries are private and invitation-based. You may only access a gallery if you have been invited and can verify a phone number that appears on the event guest list. You agree to keep your access to yourself and not to share your verification code with anyone.

You retain ownership of the photos and captions you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Keepsly and the event hosts a limited license to store, display, and share Your Content within that private gallery for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you have the right to share Your Content and that it does not violate the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
• Attempt to access content or galleries you are not authorized to view.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of the Service.
• Use the Service to collect others' information without consent.

Event hosts and administrators may remove content or revoke access to keep galleries safe and appropriate.

Galleries include different roles, such as guests, family, and hosts/administrators. Hosts and administrators have additional abilities, including inviting guests, organizing albums, posting announcements, and moderating or removing content. You acknowledge that hosts control their event gallery.

The Keepsly name, app, and design are owned by Keepsly and protected by applicable laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use Keepsly branding except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to keep galleries available and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keepsly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of content, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if a gallery is closed by its hosts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
