Questions about group trips
How do we share photos from a group trip in one place?
Make a Keepsly for the trip and invite everyone who went. Each person installs the free Keepsly app, confirms with a code sent to their phone, and adds the photos and videos from their own camera roll. The whole group sees everything in one private space, organized into Moments.
Does everyone on the trip have to pay?
No. Only the host pays: $24.99 once per Keepsly, for any number of people. Everyone else on the trip joins free.
Can we share videos from the trip?
Yes. Everyone can add 30-second video moments alongside their photos.
Who can see our trip album?
Only the people invited to it. Each person must be invited and confirm with a one-time code sent to their phone; a forwarded link alone does not let anyone in. Nothing is public.
How much storage is there?
Each Keepsly includes 50 GB of storage for the group’s photos and 30-second videos.
How long can we keep it?
2 full years of access are included. After that, the host can manually renew for another 2 years. It is not a subscription and never auto-renews.
