Frequently asked questions

How do I join an event gallery?

Open the invitation link your host shared with you, then enter the one-time code we text to your phone. If your number is on the guest list, you're in — no password or account needed.

I'm not receiving my verification code.

Codes usually arrive within a few seconds. Check that you entered the same phone number your host used to invite you, make sure you have signal, and try requesting a new code. If it still doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll help.

Who can see the photos I upload?

Only verified guests of that specific event. You can also mark photos as 'family only' so they're limited to family and hosts. Galleries are always private and never public.

How do I delete a photo I shared?

Open the photo in the gallery and choose to remove it. If you'd like your entire account or all of your content removed, email us and we'll take care of it.

Can I download the photos?

Yes — you can save individual photos, and hosts can request a full private download of the gallery to keep the complete collection.

Is my data safe?

Photos are stored securely and served through short-lived, signed links so only authorized guests can view them. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
